The main issue with an office building is that it's probably not going to be zoned for residential living as well. The filming isn't the issue, the fact the fish (and production) have to be there 24/7 is the issue. There are very few locations that are multi-zoned.

From my understanding, it was. It had been used in other productions. But during the walkthrough the owner seemed like it was a little more fucked than even he expected. He seemed equally humored and horrified, which I don't think anyone could blame him, even if that wasn't his primary residence. He might've also realized how much Fishtank was pulling and decided that he was going to go up on the price of the lease due to that and the risk.

Jet was working at subway but not for pay he just wandered in and went behind the counter and when the workers tried to ask him what he was doing he just kept going "what?! what?!" and rubbing his slimy gloved hands on their faces while muttering slurs under his breath, they tried to call the police but when they got there Jet mogged the absolute living SHIT out of those cops with his immense charisma contained within his single brow.

I hope Sam is involved again, I prefer it being in their home turf and am slowly ascending to the peak of being so back.
They got kicked out of Georgia and had to abandon the plans to do summer content out of the house. I feel that makes sense since Mints was camped out there during the "Crazy Gang" shit and then suddenly...no one was there and they just had replays running.
I also believe that Sam being involved is a given since the only reason he wasn't was he couldn't move to Georgia to do it/didn't want to move to Georgia.
