And on top of that, they give free hotel rooms to all the staff? Do the Touhoufest staffs know anything about budgeting?

Link and archive to the blog. I got excited at the prospect of staff riots, but it was just typical mismanagement. Seems like Touhoufest 26 was the worst managed one yet.
