White gold powder. Not to be confused with white gold. When gold is atomized it changes the way light refracts around it and becomes pure snow white.

Nano gold by contrast is deep ruby red. And larger, lower quality colloids are green.

The ancient alchemists did try drinking the colloids and gold salts but they tend to make you insane. I have a feeling this is what Conor Murphy injected and it probably made his already frail state even more unstable. It's not easy to get actual white gold powder. I highly doubt he would have. When you let your ego get so big it basically is driving all your decisions, it doesnt just decide to stop. If he had somehow survived whatever killed him and had a near death experience it could have shaken him up back to reality, or he would just keep partying and continuing on the same path trying to forget the experience.

I 100% agree. It's also easy to say shit like that when you're young, but the age of 30 comes faster than he would realize and like you said, his ego was driving his whole behavior at that point and it's unlikely to stop. With the amount of PEDs that Zyzz was on, he probably wouldn't have lived overly long anyway and if that Thailand sauna incident didn't happen, something similar would've probably gotten him sooner or later.

The Thai expat bodybuilding scene is grimy. I didn't realize until I did some research that it was a working theory that Murphy killed Leo on Tony's orders because Leo had taken up the habit of woman beating again.

I remember seeing a Connor Murphy video a long time ago (street interviews I think). Honest to God I thought he was normal at the time. How it actually got like this, it seems like maybe something was always there.
