The DA, much like with judges, has it's primary issue being no limitations, guard rails, or punishment if you don't do your job. The idea of a DA or judicial discretion isn't, per say, wrong, but it should always be based on the facts of the case and the obligation towards ensuring justice, not whatever odd ideological ideas or laziness that completely fucks over the system. Hell, what little we do have, like mandatory sentencing guidelines, often gets ignored anyways despite those being law and, thus, the judge ignoring the law to oblige their own narrative.

Removal of judges and DAs should be made easier. Yes, you need protections to keep blacks from voting out all the judges and DAs in big city districts, but at the same time government officials in general need a bit more fear for their position.

As I have said in some of our threads about potential civil unrest in the UK, you'll know that things are really popping off when some of these DAs/Judges are removed from their positions by non-official forcible means. Eventually people can only be pushed too far before everything collapses and it gets really bad, really fast. Its why I so strenuously advocate for impeachment or removal of these bad actors, they are undermining the bedrock of a peaceful and great society.
