Tbh, Phil's been on YT for over 15 years, im shocked people dont band together to report and ban him, i know you dont do this to a lolcow but Phil will just go somewhere else and also, he has peaked in his lolcow content already.
He's spent the last year and this year avoiding any complicated or competitive game and drowned any personaility or charisma he had left which is not much.
You say that like it's a bad thing. For all that he's done over the years, the people he's emotionally drained and the money he's scammed out of mental handicaps, a steady decline is exactly what he deserves.
He'll be a soft hum fading into the distance you can laugh at and wave goodbye to. He will comfort himself with his lavish Renton mansion, his mo-wife by his side and the dents he made along the way. A sussessful life lived.

I agree. I mean, he definitely managed to get in contact with an actual person to fix the chat issue, but I think he got RawPhil banned by combining the two issues. He probably told the customer service person that RawPhil was telling people like Bucketeer to do the exploit to freeze Phil's chat, so they fixed the issue and banned the offender.
To put it in Phil terms, if you go to a sandwhich shop and get the sandwich maker to remove the cheese because you're deathly allergic to it, it doesn't mean you now have a personal chef who will cook every meal for you. Phil got help from customer service because, for once, he had a legitimate issue with his streams. They were doing their jobs. It doesn't mean he now has a 24/7 YouTube admin on call to do his bidding.
This won't effect Raw Phil at all.
KICK won't do shit about re-streaming they do not care in the slightest.
Also Raw Phil on KICK is going to be insane. His revenue just went up due to
this. Kick has a 95/5 Split. So DSP is just bankrolling his KICK career. Nice one Dave.

i heard someone else say that Kick is tough on restreamers. we'll see what happens, because if Raw gets taken down from kick, the "restreaming community" will be really fragmented. im sure there will be restreams, but they'll be spread across multiple channels and platforms. and lets be honest, if Raw gets taken down again and moves over to something like rumble, how many people are gonna follow? like, maybe 10%? either way, Phil will end up suffering because less detractors = less money for him, ultimately.
From what I know, any decent size Youtuber gets a contact. It's probably whatever shit Indian one he had years ago, I think he talked about them before, but it's someone.
I've said repeatedly in the past that I do not support a-logging in any way, but I think I've changed my mind when it comes to the pigroach. I want detractors to go weapons free on Phail and his community and let them all find out what happens when a-logs decide to make it personal.
God help me, I don't want feel this way, but fuck Phail and fuck his supporters.
Larger channels and lolcows like Phil probably have some layer of added protection on their account that requires an actual human to intervene before a strike / ban happens.
Otherwise his channel would be long gone with how often he breaks ToS.
