I hope it's not actually cancer, because then we're just going to get a really boring arc where a scared Ralph hunkers down in the shack and barely streams until he dies and that'll be where it ends.
Ralph needs to go out on stream with his heart finally giving out while he's hopped up on 5 different substances and hollering at someone. That's the way it should be.
Three reasons Ralph posted his chest x-Ray within hours of getting it - PPP -pity, Pantsu and powerchats.
Pity -Ralph takes advantage of the pity, knowing even most his alogs are better people than he is so might show sympathy…he also hopes maybe some “old friends” will DM him in his hour of need.
Pantsu- suicide baiting doesn’t work but maybe a cancer scare might! (Hint it won’t, Ralph’s death would be a relief to the Morris family and he earned that sentiment 150%).
Powerchat - everything in Ralph’s life is fodder for more intense begging and he would use any xray to try and grub more shekels.
His bashing of the Jews seems like projection because Ralph is the greedy penny grubbing pig, he’s just jealous he’s too stupid to be better at financial schemes and instead makes his life a beg-a-thon.
I’ve seen this before on x-rays. It’s pretty serious; this what happens when you scoff potato chips, they get lodged in the lungs. Try eating instead of inhaling Ralph.
Gabe Hoffman is protected because at the end of the day he's boring. People shit on him all the time here and it's all, "Oh hey, Gabe is saying shit again and nobody cares".

Let’s ask some of Ralph’s “doctors” what could’ve promoted this based on his statements about exhaustion that would’ve lead towards a chest xray for fun
Inputs differed. Top was for the oncology recommendation and bottom was just exhaustion and examination for an xray follow up btw
I followed up more with grok solely on that last statement with a fresh xray and “exhaustion” statement while saying patient has a history of alcohol abuse and Xanax but it’s a fun experiment so it’s not medical advice
