Honestly now would be the perfect time to launch the vortex closure experiment. Doody is busy covering Jer, Memology doesn't shit out videos nearly as much as other clippers, if Raw Phil takes a break and if KC doesn't cover him for a month I have a feeling it'll actually end up very bad for Phil.

It's bannable but Raw could easily take steps to not get banned but he didn't care to. He has Kick and other streaming sites that are gonna be there and if all else fails he can legit go to Rumble who let you do whatever the fuck you want.

I see that dents were actually tagging DSP on Twitter that Furbs was unbanning people which is probably why he got banned

Honestly he’s 100% in the right to take down raw. An actual genuine case of nontransformative theft, and he’s retarded to have allowed it to continue for so long. He should have nuked it as soon as it popped up, but he’s a spineless pussy. Now there’s nowhere to contain the autists. Best case, he gets some troll superchats, worst case, someone strikes him back.

One things for certain, I firmly believe in pigroach luck and am on team nothing ever happens.

Didn't the same thing happen to DDM a while back? They were somehow able to get the channel back, and I wonder if the same will happen with Raw (maybe it was due to ddm streams being more "transformative" due to the sfx) Not like it matters too much though since Raw is on other platforms and there will always be room for other restreamers.

Pretty much it was just a few clicks and he could've had it gone almost instantly. Now Raw is just gonna get a bigger Kick audience where the sub bombs he gets will actually give him money compared to the cheap YouTube subs + Argentina shit he had before. Raw is going to make a lot more money now if Kick becomes his main stream and he will totally rape DSP over there.

Just be transformative and have shit going on on the stream.

Most restreamers will pause and be a few minutes behind most of the time and pause to either talk with chat or have audio/video effects going on with zoom ins and stuff. Just don't go full retard with sound effects lol.
 
This is what happens when you actually draw the eye of sauron onto the snortex with something like that YT chat exploit btw. If the buckethead guy or w/e had kept all this under wraps we'd still be golden, but once some non-offshore-jeet type of person at youtube looks in and sees shit like blatant rip-and-pull restreaming going on its curtains for peeps like raw who are blatantly breaking TOS

DSP did say he was DMing with that Youtube account on Twitter so ya he probably did get in contact with a non pajeet and namedropped Raw and probably others too.

A few things here - yes, Raw Phil is 100% against TOS. However, DSP is a specific case where he should've let him be. The idea of restreaming is already mainstream in this space. It's not going away. The next iteration of Raw Phil will start exploiting loopholes in order to remain within TOS. Splinter streams will show up, privately hosted streams will show up...

This isn't about legality - it's about DSP knowing what's good for him.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say we will probably see more channels banned over the next couple of days if Phil actually has someone at YouTube who he's talking to.

All the people who defend Phil and decry neghole pozzing are why he does these things and gets to get away with it.

He doesnt have pigroach luck, he has a bunch of cuck dentractors who protect him like a golden goose.
