We all know by now that Phil is projecting like hell. Heck I bet he can't get little Phil hard if he plays all the BBC porn he hoarded

And Phil not quitting streaming is rather simple: he makes more money (or rather he thinks he makes more money) then a normal 9-5. I mean if you think about it, he makes around 100k a year. The minimum wage in Seattle is 21.30 $. Now if we calculate this to a year we end at 44,304 $. One can easily see why he thinks this is more lucrative. Of course on the flipside he has no holidays, he has no free weekends (only 1 day off) and he definetly has no vacation time. He is basically wasting himself into the grave. Look at the Casino guys: they stream 3 days a week (of course they also work offline by sampling Videos / clips) and they can take vacations. This is what Phil calls stupid. Yes he is that dumb. He thinks taking vacations to recharge is stupid. Or perhaps he is too scared to loose his last true dents (Maybe PTSD from the time he moved to Seattle and he lost payed Subs on Twitch). Phil has taken streaming, a rather easy job as you don't need much qualifications for it considering that you can find almost everything you need online) and turn it into a miserable experience. Everything Phil touches turns to shit which is the only truth out there. Phil will Always be the diaper full of shit someone forgot to throw away

A man blessed with good health (the gout was self inflicted from his gluttony), immense wealth making millions at his peak to well over $100,000 every year to this day. All wasted on a greedy, selfish and short sighted narc. So obessed with himself and how he thinks others have wronged him he can't see how good he's got it. He would be deserving of a SAW trap in universe for wasting his life. I can see it now, forced to stream for eight hours to just an audiance of detractors in the bunker with a fake chat.
He'll be told he has to stream like normal but there will be a pipe pumping in raw sewage anytime he begs, asks to be handheld, is toxic or makes excuses. The pipe would be controlled by the detractors who'll release more liqiuid shit when they catch him out. He'll be given a spoon so he thinks he has to eat shit out of the pipe to be released. But actually all he would need to do is make a single meaningful positive stream to not drown in shit.

I think this is the case with most things he does. I believe that he must experience many moments of cognitive dissonance.

I think he genuinely believes that he's buff and healthy. I can only imagine what happens when he sees those pictures of himself with his pear body, spaghetti arms, question mark posture and pale unhealthy skin.

I genuinely believe that part of growing up is getting humbled by life and growing through it. Somehow he has had zero growth.

This is your answer right here. This man cannot be humbled. His brain has built-in mechanisms and failsafes to ever prevent him from truly realizing his faults. He might admit to doing something bad, but it is because he knows it's the right thing to say. He might admit to lying, but he knows it's because he got caught.

He cannot truly experience any given situation in a fair and objective way - his mind is warped in a way that makes him live in an alternate reality.

And I love that for him because until his dying day he will be a bitter, spoiled and self absorbed piece of shit. He will never be humbled and he will never be kind.

Just look way back to him getting nearly beaten up by Jaha and Watson. One would think begging on his knees and crying "I am an alcoholic" would be a humbling lesson but nope. While he stopped shittalking to Watson and Jaha he didn't take the real step forward, meaning to take a deep look at himself and think "Why do they hate me so much? Am I at fault?" And then of course he began isolating himself more and more with his new "job". I bet if he would attend a real offline Sf Tournament and getting shitcanned in the qualifier round he would still blame everyone and everything for him to loose

I don't understand when people say Phil is boring. At surface level maybe, he's just the beggy vidya guy. But the longer you watch the more you find to dislike. And it doesn't matter how long you've been watching, there's always something new.

I think his slimy semantics are at work here. When he says "day off" he means his "day off from sitting down all day".

To a regular person their days off are cherished, but Phil dreads them as he has to spend more than 2 hours on his feet, walking.

It’s because, as has been pointed out over the years, Phil never actually matured beyond 12-13 years old mentally (Maybe slightly younger since he likes to make sexual jokes but still seems to have an aversion to women).

He believes that days off as an adult are supposed to be the same as days off when you’re a child, a complete absence of responsibilities. So he gets genuinely mad when he can’t spend 100% of his day(s) off taking a complete break from the world. Nevermind that he could do most of these tasks on days he works (Again, time before between and after work should belong 100% to him, like a child) or he could have the part time worker khet do some of these things (She’s not a servant!).

As with 99% of Phil’s problems, he did nothing correct and everything wrong, but is unable or unwilling to accept that and just wants to whine because crying kids get the candy (He would look at the toy he picked out the whole time they shopped and never complained that it had to go back on the shelf when they were done. How much do you want to bet that was actually a story about his teen or young adult years of mall trips with Linda and he retconned it to be his childhood, we know Phil exaggerates or downplays his age to suit his narratives, like him “just being a dumb kid” in his late 20s).

Ah simple. See Phil has no soul, thus he cannot experince art or find joy via the diffrent mediums of art. Rather than enjoying these games and reflecting on the story (or what he thinks the story is) as he moves the through the world and the creatures and people he encounters, including just enjoying the monster designs in a meta sense and how cool they are. He just sees it all obstacles to his walking sim stopping him from getting from A to B to C. Anything that acts as a roadblock for him for too long makes him feel bad and mad and are thus bad. He hates games and only likes gin, fast food dick. anal joke and scat jokes and of course gambling. Anything that's not these things displease him, because he's a souless melting ghoul.
