I think you could dose Andy with nutmeg and if the cops came you can just say Andy did something because he wanted attention. You likely could leave the empty nutmeg container in the open. Andy is a well known attention whore and I think occams razor to authorities would be that Andy wanted to dose on nutmeg to look disabled.

I don't know if this is current, but doesn't he already abuse rather high doses of Benadryl? Not "see the hatman and have a seizure" level but beyond typical therapeutic doses and regularly enough to cause physical dependency.
