Unless he was ahnest about it from the very start, admitting to it even years after the fact, like he tends to do, would be a shitstorm. At this point, there is a figurative miasma all around Phil. He is such a legendarily punchable fucktard that only other similarly ostracized outrageous fucktards flock to him. He is, quite literally, the anti-kiwi community. A place where lolcows of different shapes and sizes gather to support their Dented King and take a victory lap when the trolls punch air as a result. But it feels like it’s the curtain call. I used to believe Phil was scamming his pet retards, but by this point I’m pretty sure he’s alienated everyone but his most rabid Whalien circle, to the point that he is discreetly wearing diapers for them. He can’t grow his business. He can’t change anyone’s mind, and he’s so infamous that he’s already radioactive to 99% internet denizens. He will likely be almost completely irrelevant before the 30’s.
Back when Anonymouse was around I asked him if Phil was weird sexually around them. He said he mostly just berated them. I kinda believe Phil allowed the gangrape larps and such, even in the middle of his PearlClutchPhil phase because he was into them. His sex repulsed persona, as well as his late night escapades to have an honest drunk heart to heart with other men, combined with the Fat Kat power waddling to his door and obesely kicking it down to yell at him indicate that he’s doing online stuff late at night with dudes. Kat’s probably caught him before and doesn’t like it. She likely had a couple cries downstairs over Phil’s gay philandering. I think we're so desensitized to most of his bullshit, the day it comes out DSP really does actually cook and eat babies alive we'll be totally blindsided by it. Realistically Phil did have something of a chance to at least salvage SOME of his reputation. Shit, he got a bump from the world's most famous streamer, and it didn't stick. In the end, like most narcs, Phil just does whatever pleases him most at that specific moment in time with no regard for optics. The most effort he's willing to put in is claiming he's changed and he's matured and he's a better person now.

He would have to give Youtube more information than he wants to, and go on record making a claim with scary text warning you not to abuse it. They go as far as threatening to terminate your Youtube account if you "fraudulently" use the forms. Phil is probably scared shitless about the idea of Youtube not caring enough about him and having consequences blow back on him, especially because the benefit to himself for getting a restreamer banned is essentially nothing when someone else will just restream it and viewers will go there.
