Here is an oldie but a goldie.
Ya'll remember Backdoor Dugan? The judge who let that illegal alien escape through her chambers backdoor because ICE was waiting outside to arrest him? How ICE then had to chase the dude across the freeway because he bolted like a rabbit and almost get hit by a car?
Welp she's exhausted all her appeals and will be sentenced next week. Dugan faces the possibility of 15 to 21 months in jail for her crimes.
The reason I'm posting this is because:
1. it's funny, she's begging the judge to look the other way and let her walk because "she's already suffered irreparable harms"
2. the DOJ is like fuck that, bitch needs to serve time for this shit. Do not pass Go, do not collect 200 dollars go straight to Jail.

As a result of her conviction in this case, Hannah Dugan has lost the judicial job she loved and that was the culmination of a career spent serving others. Sentencing need not do worse to her. In fact, to do so would run contrary to the interests of justice and the requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 3553(a).
At 67 years old, Hannah Dugan has lived a life devoted to family, community, faith, and the law. A deeply religious Catholic, she has followed the Gospel message of serving others less fortunate. Her professional life has been devoted almost entirely to nonprofit agencies, educational institutions, and public service in government entities. The actions of Judge Dugan on April 18, 2025, were not driven by personal or private gain. There was no bribe, no personal favor, no violation of civil rights, no abuse of individual liberty. Judge Dugan never interacted with Eduardo Flores Ruiz prior to the three-minute court appearance. She never spoke to him directly, only through counsel, who was seeking a new scheduling date. She knew nothing about the facts of his case, other than that he was facing misdemeanor charges, was out on bond, and was meeting his attorney for the first time.
For the reasons set forth above and in the presentence report, the § 3553(a) factors of punishment and deterrence already have been met and exceeded. Every other applicable factor under § 3553(a) warrants leniency. The Defense respectfully requests a sentence of time served.
TLDR: The backdoor judge says she's suffered enough so there is no need for the DOJ to ask for her to serve time in prison because she's such a good, nice, open, honest, swell and generous person. Just because she abused her position, used the power of her office and used deceit to involve other judges in her crime that doesn't mean she's a bad person. It was just a one time mistake OK? Let's all just forget about it so I can start trying to get my job as a judge back.
However the DOJ has other plans for Backdoor Dugan;

UNITED STATES’ SENTENCING MEMORANDUM
Our system of justice is built on a simple but vital promise: that the law applies equally to everyone. Citizens enter courtrooms expecting that the rules will be followed, that justice will be administered fairly, and that the person wearing the robe will honor her oath to uphold the Constitution and to faithfully and impartially discharge her duties under the law.
But when faced with a situation in which the defendant personally disagreed with the lawful actions of federal authorities, she abandoned that oath. Rather than uphold the rule of law, the defendant used the power and prestige of judicial office to obstruct federal agents carrying out their lawful duties in order to help an individual evade arrest. In doing so, she placed the interests of a criminal defendant above the rights of his victims, used her colleague to unwittingly facilitate the crime, and placed law enforcement agents and members of the public in danger by undermining an arrest plan, resulting in a foot chase through moving traffic outside of the courthouse. This was a serious offense, and it warrants a correspondingly serious sentence.
Unlike most who appear before this Court, the defendant understood precisely how the justice system functions and understood the dire consequences of her actions. That is especially clear from her statements, “I’ll do it. I’ll get the heat,” in response to her court reporter’s offer to show Eduardo Flores-Ruiz the “right door,” (i.e. the door to the stairwell), and “I’m in the doghouse with Carl because I tried to help that guy,” made at a time when she hadn’t even spoken with Chief Judge Ashley about the events of April 18, 2025. This was a calculated decision, made with a full understanding of the wrongfulness of her conduct. The fact that she was not deterred despite unquestionably knowing that she was crossing a line aggravates her offense.
TLDR: The DOJ wants the full 21 months to be served and are not willing to negotiate because a Judge knows the law and is in a position of power over others so must maintain a higher level of personal responsibility. She knew what she was doing was wrong, did it anyway and lied to another judge almost costing that judge her job through not fault of her own. (That was the Asian chick Dugan tricked into confronting the ICE agents to delay them so she could hustle the wife beater out her backdoor).
I'll keep an eye out and report back next week. Dugan's hearing for sentencing is on Wednesday the 15th so place your bets now. Does the shrivelled up cunt do time or does the judge let her walk?
