A common opinion, but not that easy when Goose owns a percentage (possibly most) of the IP. Glitch would have to buy him out, and they would have to do it soon while he's still burned out and not demanding hundreds of millions.
Depends (A) if Gooseworx needs to fall back in TADC due to other ventures failing and (B) if there's other studios with animation on Glitch's level willing to scoop up the IP. They may have leverage to impose substantial creative control on a hypothetical season 2.

People are bringing up the scene where Jax says faggot again and man, it's crazy that it took 3 years to do a trope that The Departed did within like the first 10 minutes of the movie.

Let's say that Leeroy was abused (mentally, physically, ...who knows how else) by his mom - what is the psychology behind Leeroy's brainscan becoming an abuser in the program? So it becomes an incredibly worse look from that angle, because Leeroy was supposedly abused and Jax thinks that he's Leeroy, so now he wants to intimidate and harass a girl despite thinking he himself as wanting to be a girl. The character is just overloaded with so many problems that I am still thinking about this weeks out and wondering how it got this bad. Especially because the voice actors were the first ones to be like ISN'T SHE LOVELY? JAX IS TRANS just before Goose's drawing. It shows me that their ilk sees the world in an entirely different light, even if it was something I already knew, to have it confirmed like this is something else...

The final 50% are the normies who have no idea what TADC, and their idea of entertainment begins and ends at football and coronation street. TADC, with the brain scan thing, could be a story criticizing the over dependency on technology making us slaves, could be a nod to government/corporate/media opinion control, or, with the "eternally trapped in an isekai" thing, it could be a moral story about life changes and the issue with longing for the past or anything like that.

The recent merch ad where Kaufmo and Ribbit show up essentially as ghosts in one of Jax's dreams and watch and commentate on the events happening in it could genuinely make for a really compelling premise for a special in and of itself. Kind of like "Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead" or "The Lion King 1.5."
