Troons can shoehorn themselves into literally any allegory and symbolism they want. There's an entire youtube/blog genre about forcefully jamming themselves into any and every genre, theme and symbolism they can image.

If you look up "X is about the trans experience" you'll find a billion articles about it. You can literally do an ad lib game.

How is everyone feeling about Asgore in chapter 5, by the way? It was one of the few things I wasn't disappointed about, even though I can see how people wanted more. Yeah a boss fight would have been cool, and yeah him vagueposting was pretty lame. But I was happy to see him be something other than a divorced cuck. Even if it came at the expense of subjecting us to flower faggotry.

I just think Asgore is neat!
 
When you think about how fucked up and dream-shattered the vast majority of like everyone in Hometown is, it's not really much of a surprise that there are fucking shadow crystals everywhere.
Berdly's dream is being the #1 smartest but he knows he's actually #2.
Noelle's dream is to make columbine look like a day at the picnic.
Susie's dream is to right now live in the Dark World forever (Good luck with that)
Asgore's dream is to clear his name and not get cucked by sans
Rudy's dream is presumably to not die of his mega cancer aids
Onion-san's dream was to make a single friend.

This whole town is the fucking town of bad vibes and broken dreams. What about it is even worth saving, anyway? Everyone seems to be in some part miserable or depressed or dying. it's like a fucked up joke town.
Temmie can't even go to colleg because as we've already deduced, fucking nothing exists outside of Hometown.
