It's maddening how obsessed governments around the world are with peoples private conversations and internet shitposts even when made on a tiny website very few people outside of Turkey Tom even know exist.

I will always resent the people that right now don't care that worldwide they are making attempts to shut down the open and free internet. And the people that support it, doubly so.

We are headed for a world that yet again only allows the flow of information through government approved sources. That is going to be the end result of this.

Along with the already dead idea of online anonymity. That was something that was already nearly unobtainable, now and going into the future the idea of truly being anonymous online is just a pipe dream. It has a chilling effect on free speech about controversial, or sensitive topics, and discourages things like whistleblowers. And all of that is by design. When you no longer can influence thought through news networks, and ideas are able to flow freely from anywhere on the world it makes it much harder to control the conversation. In the past they just had to get a few news networks on board. Not it's virtually impossible to shut down a topic completely. At least it is for now.

One thing I’d like to point out is that the only way the E-Safety commission would have gotten a report about what they want taken down is if someone from Australia submitted the report. The report would have to be filed from within Australia. Someone here on KF who is a thin skinned cunt from Australia decided to throw Null under the bus. The Australian government doesn’t have the time, patience, or desire to go scouring the web for content they don’t like, but once it’s reported from within the country, they see dollar signs and go after it full tilt.

So my question is this: Which KF user is a total dog cunt faggot who happens to be from the Land Down Under?

Australia has been salty since the Christchurch shooting video. Which is a tad bizarre since New Zealand dropped the issue almost immediately.

That’s true, however the reason they’re salty is that Albo and Co have brought the ISIS Terror Harem back to Australia. They can’t allow anything that will either empower the people, or piss off the Muslims.

In any case, I looked at the web page for filing reports for review with the e-safety commission, and to file a report like the one that was made against KF and Null, it has to be done deliberately with close attention to detail. The reason for this is that “submitting content that may be considered harmful directly may result in a criminal complaint against the person posting it.” You have to present the material without actually showing them the material or causing them to see the material directly as part of the report. The investigation is a different story. My point is that whoever threw Null under the bus did so with intent, especially with how strict reporting procedures are.

Fun fact: Australia was one of the eight nations that together drafted the universal declaration of human rights, but is the only democracy in the world that lacks its own charter or bill of rights.

Australians literally have no human rights under their own laws. It’s why things like massacres as a pretext to curbing private firearm ownership and locking down free speech get rolled out there first.

I followed a royal commission once. They would call people to testify and you could tell they were lying but because nobody bothers to contradict them all of these unproven claims would get posted in their site and reports and given respectability. People would just believe them because royal commission said so. Then they would use the royal commission to pass legislation thanks to the "evidence".

I think it was debtors prison, similar to Georgia, before the US rebelled. Fun fact James Oglethorpe banned jews and slaves from Georgia because the jews were heavily involved in the slave trade. Their cheeky response was to set up shop on the golden isles, one of which was Jekyll Island where the federal reserve bank was created. Been trying to track down some sources, because my understanding is the same jews that had a huge stake in the slave ships ALSO owned the debtors prisons and workhouses and were trying to get a slavery racket going in England.

Bet those aussies just LOVE the discussion around jews owning the slave ships and debtors prisons...
