Something I gotta say as an in and out watcher of this thread is don't get too excited with this latest development. Tommy Tooter has a tardwrangler from Tuscon PD's intervention unit. While it has lead to him getting short term committed to a mental institution and long silences on social media, it's not like they have a team of detectives putting together a push pin board connecting his of admissions to molestation and animal abuse.

It's good Andy's on their radar and I'm guessing it potentially involving kids is what got the head of unit out there to evaluate him. This could have genuine consequences for him, but the fantasy of a team of detectives investigating him for disability fraud are wayyy out there. Having a one stop shop to deal with his bullshit rather than various agencies and companies going alone will hopefully put the screws to him. At least it should lead to a bunch of spergouts.

Man I hope so! The only thing that makes him feel even a little uneasy is the threat of accountability. That’s his kryptonite and let’s be honest he’s been able to avoid it most of his life while torturing everyone in his path including his own family. My doctors diagnosed me with autism spectrum disorder and intellectual developmental disability. This is a channel on mental health disorders. Today I have something for you. First, I like to ask you something. Do you know your rights when interacting with law enforcement as a disabled person?I am sure you don't. That is ok because I have some tips for you. These tips are based on the information I have been told by others. My tips does not give legal advice. Please consult with an attorney for any legal information. Do you know how to request disability assistance from the police? I recently have been shown how to do this. I like to share this with you. But first some legal definitions.Americans with disabilities act. This is a federal law that protects anyone from being discriminated against because of disability. There are other protections that goes off of the ADA. I am only talking about the basic rights when talking to the police.Do you know your 1st amendment right? You have the right to be free to speak, write, and or create art to express yourself. You can't be arrested for making opinions, calling out people, sharing information with others, and making art. Making art includes but not limited to AI pictures, drawing, making music, making videos, writing a book. You have a legal right to not be detained by police without legal cause. Police can not just search your body such as going through your pockets, coat, book bag, or even your phone without permission. The cops don't have to get your permission. They can go to a judge to get permission called a warrant. A cop can't arrest you or prevent you from walking away unless they state you are being detained. By law they have to tell you before putting hand cuffs on you that you are under arrest, detained and or have an warrant. The police has to physically show you the court documents that you have a warrant for your arrest. You have the right to not speak with law enforcement. You have a right to say that you are invoking your right to remain silent. You can simply say nothing. However by saying nothing the cop has a right to keep talking to you until you verbally say I don't want to talk to you. I want a lawyer. When you have a disability. You can call your local police department non emergency phone number and request assistance for where you can register for special needs assistance because of disability. The person at the police station has to provide you with information how to request disability assistance from law enforcement. Most states have makes this easy by registering your name, date of birth, phone number, address. When you or someone else tells 911 your name, address, phone number or when you call using your phone number registered to this database, the police dispatcher has access to the special needs registry. Meaning they have to your diagnosis, medicines, allergies, safety plans for crisis, communication assistance, support needs, and other important information about your disability and disability related support needs. You can provide the police the information on their questioners. But you can do what I did and send medical records to support your diagnosis and support needs. Always, write a letter requesting verification of if the police department has the diagnosis and disability support needs registered to you. By law they can't provide you the diagnosis, emergency contact information, or anything medically. Only they have the information about your disability. They have to protect your privacy. When you talk to police and they don't change their ways to how they talk to you, or support you in crisis, or fail to accommodate your communication needs, you need to file a police officer complaint. The proper term you say is the police officer failed to accommodate your disability by... And write what they did not do. Always use the officers name and badge ID number for the complaint. When making the complaint, specifically state your diagnosis, support needs, communication needs, and if you provided the police department this information through the special needs registry or not. The police department has to by law investigation this. The police officer may not be in any trouble. That is ok. Don't get mad about it. If it continues to happen, make a new complaint each time this happens.A police officer with awareness of certain disabilities and support needs has to ask you questions about if you understand what you did and ask you several questions about if you knew that was not allowed. They are required to ask these questions to protect you from unreasonable arrests. Because oftentimes most laws require intent to break the law and knowing you broke the law. They may ask you questions about why you did something or not. By police asking questions about if what you did and why you did something builds a case of intent or careless or wreckless actions. This is important. The police may not asked these questions. That is ok too. If the cop did not ask questions and knew about your mental disability and incompetent, the cop arrest you, you can argue in court this and the police officer violated your civil rights including the ADA when comes to the law that makes law enforcement change their ways how they talk to you, what words they say, how they say something, and how they interact with you. This is important to know these things to talk to your lawyer and or making complaints about your disability not being accomidated. Tomorrow I have a video on this information to post. I will use videos of past police interactions. The video is to educate disabled people of their rights and how to exercise their rights.Just to be clear. I am able to repeat this. I am able to express my disability and support needs most of the time. However, I can not protect myself from other people who violate my rights. The unsafe behaviors that are from those people who violate my rights and mistreat me is not allowed and is unlawful. Civil rights violations do not give law enforcement or government employees qualified immunity.
