I'm assuming at this point it's only 3 Phases and from there since she still have on Xeeter the affiliation with GamerSupps:
A) Big merch debut drops + flavor for the Biggest FOMO.
B) Huge branding partnerships on top notch known products.
C) Mix of Both?
D) Just big debut comeback with more to announce at a later date.
Still It's going to be hilarious to see what sort of stuff will be seen in that Shibuya board. Maybe she will do NY Times next as part of the marketing campaign?

She has been gone long enough for people to find and start watching other streamers that replace the dopamine hit.
Some may come back for her redebut, but they may feel things have changed and the new streamers they watch in her place are more worthy of their time.
I simply think this has dragged on too long and like you said we've entered the apathy and replacement phase.
I think I meant to add to this & just didn't but I feel the only thing that she brings to the table now that others haven't captured is her physical humor & props. I've been watching Berry Crepe here & there & I wouldn't say she's for everyone, but she fills that Filian niche –outside of the physical aspect. She's not doing back flips or anything but she does have a good looking 3D model & uses it regularly to a level that is different than someone who just uses a 3D model like a 2D one. Her laughing might be grating for some but I find her entertaining.
Outside of that I've just been watching the same ones I always have.

For the reasonable IQ users this was WAAAAAAAAAAAAYY obvious that her WALL was supposed to be heavily moderated.
Since JP may be know for any mild fetishes but at last they have strict ethics on what they can allow on a big billboard to be shown.
Because nobody on their corp mind would allow a pregnant sonic, cars pregnant or any weird shit to be shown in there. So any wholesome art that doesn't break their strict TOS will be shown while any of the uncensored can still be seen at filian's website.
She and her marketing team better start wrapping things up for next month or just attempt another wall billboard stall #$ad on NY times which may possibly have more leeway than JP.
Either way I just blocked any shitty emails from the filian website since there's absolutely no value on staying subscribed to pointless emails.
You make a very funny point, but the new model is probably going to look similar enough to where the old art style applies imo. I brought up the Neuro model in the OP but it's worth mentioning again:
"Okay artist, remake this... but make it look like I didn't just tell you to remake this."
Lots of posters have told me that I paid too much attention to the art-theft portion of the OP, but the Japanese are notorious sticklers for intellectual property and copyright. What if the Rindo artist changed their mind and decided to cease-o anddu decist-o team filian, so therefore they can no longer legally make money using the Rindo IP?
Next, team filian would say that they will simply have an artist quickly remake the Rindo model. Then, they realized that you cannot make an artist do anything quickly besides drink alcohol and commit suicide. To make matters worse, the waiting lists for getting any kind of high quality artistic work done for Vtuber models is insanely long at every level. There are multiple levels: the modelling, the rigging, and probably some third level I don't even know about.
I get that. But if you're going to go on an advertising blitz, you generally don't want to have only your older, obsolete models showing.
I figured they'd use it to debut the new one, actually.
But really, this entire thing feels more like it's being done by a bunch of her orbiters blowing through a bunch of money to desperately try and coax her into coming back because "Look at all the hype!"
If this is a legit PR/Marketing thing, it's an absolute clusterfuck.
I still think she's pregnant or hiding from parasocial fans stalking her.
I'm starting to think with the way the timeline is going that she'll be gone for exactly 1 year. My schizo theory is that the redebut will come in December. Lord knows why she'd want to take a year hiatus unless the pregnancy speculation has truth to it, it seems like a surefire way to kill your brand. Maybe she wants to start over from the bottom? Reinvent her persona?
