I do think we can fix this, mainly by, like I said a few pages ago, banning all foreign immigration into the country for at least twenty years, and deporting every single illegal we can find. Station ICE at every Social Security Office or Hospital and give them orders to deport the kids with the parents, ignore the Supreme Court like he should have been doing essentially.

There are some routes to go forward here. One of them should be elimination of dual citizenship. I believe Congress can establish a law banning dual citizenship without violating the Constitution. Aside from that, it seems we must continue to be a country with pains-in-the-ass visa processes and xenophobia, as we cannot simply allow just anyone into the country as they may give birth here, opening severe national security loopholes.

Congress could also restrict the ability of citizens to come into the country. For example, a citizen can’t enter the United States without showing domicile. This would be absurd, but oddly it would also be entirely Constitutional.

Alternatively, Trump may just want to go the Jackson route. Ignore the ruling by simply not issuing SSNs, granting certificates or passports to people just born. Sure, you’re a ‘citizen’ legally, but that affords you no real or useful privileges.

I hated the idea of this because it will become an escalating race til we have 50 SC Justices, but I see little recourse now.

Getting an Amendment passed would be nigh on impossible. Best path is:

1. Win the midterms, including replacing as many RINOs and Never Trumpers as possible

2. Pass a huge Immigration Reform bill, bigger and more sweeping than Hart-Celler, addressing border enforcement, immigration limits, and citizenship rules including elimination of Magic Dirt

3. Legislation passed and signed adding more justices to the court

4. Pushing off the inevitable SC case saying the new Immigration Law is Unconstitutional until the new justices are confirmed and sworn in

The solution is for the right to just become full fascist

Full gerrymander, pack the courts, arrest dissenters, be deliberately cruel to migrants, etc

They won't because they're compromised/lazy/believe the left is still playing fair

If we did that we can become a democracy in 100 years if the population becomes more homogeneous and less retarded, maybe
