Calm down and breathe. The worst possible case is status quo, the best is what you want.
agreed. Birthright citizenship is a problem, it's a big problem, but it's just a drop in the bucket compared to the mass invasion of biotrash.

Folks gave Markwayne shit, but the numbers are staggering.

Birthright citizenship is a big problem, it would be easy to stop it with SCOTUS, but do you think Trump and co counted on SCOTUS to rule in their favor on this? Did you think he just assumed roberts and barrett would rule in favor of him. Barrett has adopted nigger kids, of course she's gonna side against him. I feel like he was going for an easy win, but he had a few other things up his sleeve. How hard would it be to restrict pregnant bitches from being able to enter the US? Visa and border gatekeeping is completely under his control.

That's my expectation if Birthright doesn't go his way, anyone in their third trimester is not admitted.

I already had a preview with the MOU and that ended up mostly fine.
I swear, for the life of me, I cannot understand why so many people freaked the fuck out over it. Iran (and let's be honest Israel) were never going to keep to any sort of deal. The hate they have for each other is core to their very being.

Neocon types (and I do mean neocon, not DA JOOS) are just mad they didn't get their regime change, and they have been lashing out for damn near 2 weeks over it.

Take a chill pill we are in the middle of the biggest anti immigration time in the last hundred years in this country.
One thing that I will find funny is that every political commentator will probably post a picture of ACB and write something like "Liberal woman kills 250 year old empire".

But that's the problem. It will be a foundation that is cracked and unpatched, only held up by whoever is in charge. All it takes is one fraudulent election to kill it. With, which thanks to that ruling on mail-in ballots, remains plausible. To believe otherwise is the equivalent of burying our heads in the sand, imo.

Not really on the same level. Israel can get in another war with Iran or one of its neighbors next week, the birthright citizenship case in the United States by comparison is deciding a country's future.

You may not see race but race sees you.

MAGA is dead.

MAGA is dead.

MAGA is dead.

MAGA is dead.

MAGA is dead.

Just so people are aware, there are four opinions left to decide on. The Supreme Court likes to keep balanced who authors the majority opinion. Based on today's ruling, Roberts has done eight, Alito, Goursuch, Barrett, and Kagan each have seven.

Sotomayor, Jackson, Kavanaugh, and Thomas have six, so that means the authors of the last opinions are very likely going to be these four. The four opinions left are:

Trump v. Barbara: Birthright citizenship
National Republican Senatorial Committee v. Federal Election Commission: Election funding case
Little v. Hecox and West Virginia v. B.P.J.: Trans women competing with women ban

Make of that what you will. The cope would be Thomas is writing the Birthright one, and Kavanaugh and a liberal justice contradicting, and then the last liberal ruling against the NRSC.
Does it matter? We lost. Woke is back. Our Democracy has been restored, and we haven't even gotten to birthright citizenship.

The Blue Wave is inevitable.

I don't expect the SCOTUS to repeal Birthright citizenship and neither should anyone, but the real devil is what kind of ruling they issue. If they add conditions to it, we get a pretty big W. If they don't and just say No, Lol, we're fucked.

This yet again exposes the greatest flaw that Trump has had in his 1st and 2nd terms. Something that may have worked in business but not in politics.

One such flaw that you cannot even state in the polite company of right-wingers without being charged as crazy.

That flaw is (with some outliers):

Getting Women into positions of power that needed a Man.

Every time we replace women with men in his cabinet, the outcomes are immediate and drastically better. The DOJ is an extremely good recent example.
