This is kind of the issue a lot of people ignore or don't talk about. The Roe V Wade Ruling was the best example of this, given by the court itself, that it's not up to the court to make laws or legislation. Ideally, after this, Trump would push republicans in Congress to make a law that says mail-in ballots for federal elections aren't counted after the day of the election, and are required to be mailed in by X Date for them to be counted. But republicans are cucked creatures and won't do it even if Trump pushed for it.
Well that's just it, they don't normally have this much power over the country. The problem is they get this much power when one branch of government has resolved to sit on its hands and do nothing because their gay fucking Uniparty didn't win.
The real cure is to remove universal mail in balloting. If you just make them cheat in advance it's not really a win.

Normally this would be the case. The big problem is Supreme Court Justice Roberts's previous latches and standings ruling in regards to elections set a precedent I don't think he thought about while making this current ruling where he has defacto allowed cheating in elections. He allowed for infinite mail in ballots with this ruling, which would be fine if you could audit an election, but his refusal to rule on the audit of the Biden Election takes precedent.
I despise them far more than the Democrats, they're Benedict Arnold's until the day the adrenochrome stops working and they drop dead.
