Dying your eyebrows to match your hair is quite common, because sometimes it works. Normally it doesn't though and you should just consider the colour your getting and how well it matches your natural hair colour and consider the contrast and how it might inevitably make you look like a clown.
Thanks for your horrific suggestion though.

Well, see, here's the horrifying thing. If they're going for prepubescent, there shouldn't be any hair down there to dye at all, to go with the illusion of being a child. Which makes the real question here, is just how committed are they to their pseudo-pedo-incest fantasies?
