a long running theory of mine has been that the piggler is frequently consuming very high doses of some kind of amphetamine (most likely one prescribed to Khet). I don't really have time to elaborate on this right now but as someone with a lot of experience with current/recovered addicts of similar substances it has always been quite obvious to me based purely on his behaviour displayed on some of his streams(I also mentioned this once several months ago in this thread). the most egregious example to me was that one retro marathon, I can't remember when it was exactly, but I posted clips of prolonged stimmy clown mode on display there ITT. the biggest issue however, the one preventing me from going above 80% certainty has always been this: he does not take nearly enough breaks as he would need to empty his bladder while tripping on very high doses. when you are really stimmed up, you are gonna have to urinate
very frequently. the only way to really do this while staying on stream would be some kind of catheter connecting to a urine bag attached to his leg, I always thought. his fucking weird ass way of walking off/on stream explained this. but when I saw him wearing shorts and showing off his flabby ozempic-ghoul style twig legs and no signs of any attachments, my doubts grew. so I shelved this theory due to lack of evidence, until this post:
