Yeah, that's a common andy tactic in the ditch house era.
He would wind people up, then run away so he can watch/listen to them be mad. He'd usually be giggling, and when things would start calming down he'd throw fuel on the fire to keep it going. And he'd record it thinking he was making his family look bad.

this came across my feed and I felt I might share.
at about 11:29 he states very clearly that andy's bitching about how he's being abused because his waiver states that the caregivers aren't allowed to help him with something. and for being such a medical health expert, andy's sounding like he doesn't know what he's talking about.
I'm just glad this is the last stop before homelessness. He's going to have to tread very, very carefully going forward to not lose the meager housing he does have, but at this point that ship may have already sailed - hard to say.
I do know that once this is all said and done, Erie Co should write the manual on how to deal with dudes like Andy (like at least Aster on the munchie thread is just terrorising her mom at this point, guys like Andy and the dude that got arrested for doing this last week want to terrorize people they've never even met before...). I am seriously impressed with their model of dealing with people like him thus far. Of course it isn't perfect, but thank fuck they aren't letting him sexually assault care workers with the diaper bullshit.

Things are already starting to spiral out of control for andy.
He's almost completely worn his welcome out in Erie. He's gone from group homes to being by himself in an isolated shack down by the industrial parks, and CS and APS are slowly rolling back his benefits because he's become so toxic even those lobotomized sloths that run those orgs can see Andy's abusing the system and draining money that could be used for underhanded dealings people who need it.
Its our belief that andy's going to try to flee the city or the state next now that local cops and doctors know he's fake. He won't go back to tonawanda for this reason, and its why he fled cleveland ohio so fast.
There's nothing andy can do to course correct either. He oscilates between 'so dumb he can't make a PB&J sandwich without visual aids' and 'I can quote the law statues by number, clearly and coherently' which completely blows his cover when he thinks he's showing how handi-capable he is. And when he switches back to 'me am no talk good' he just looks MORE fake.
TLDR: andy's fucked. He's fucked and he can't unfuck himself.

cant blame you. i hate this guy so much. like....normally its whatever, but he is just so evil and disgusting, and honestly gross looking that i literally could watch him get ran over without even flinching i think
