Rotector had also flagged Zeal back on the day Ren’s shitty document first came out, they used a 100% confidence flag without any definitive confirmation and with only weak contradictory evidence from one side available, if even they had checked out any of the 300 pages of bullshit evidence themselves and didn’t just act out on initial irrational twitter outrage.
The TASE safety bot had done the same, though I believe they and Rotector just share the same flags as it’s the exact same description in both.

Not even, throughout the entire situation Zombiey has never made the claim that she wasn’t assaulted / raped and has always affirmed that no one definitively knows except Zeal and Ren as no one was present during the alleged assault but them.
I am no lawyer to determine whether Zombiey’s covering of the situation could be considered defamation but all he has done is present what was evidently true without any apparent malice, it just so happens that while Ren and her associates were continuously breaking down in public and fucking up their case that Zeal has been silent since the beginning and most likely moving the legal way in the background, giving no content for anyone to discuss.
All of these people are lower than animals. They weren't this (and still aren't, from what I've seen), but anyone who enjoyed Pressure in earnest should be grateful that everyone important to the game has shown their asses as thoroughly as they have and given them an opportunity to leave containment in favor of literally anything else.

I am wondering how the results of the lawsuit will be accessed. I fear that we may never see the results of this lawsuit as Zeal's mother wants to keep this private and hidden from the public's eye. We do not know their full names.
As for where it has happened, various Roblox developers have been getting RDC invites recently. as someone who knows Doqe i can safely say that TASE has it's own database and also uses Rotector's API for other flags

Reminder for those who only recognize the name but don't know the details: Traci Lords was an infamous porn actress in the mid 1980's who caused a massive scandal when it turned out she was under 18 when filming most of her scenes, which set off a huge moral crusade against the porn industry; turns out she herself had sought fake documents at the tender age of 15 explicitly so she could start doing porn to help take care of an ailing parent and presented those fake documents to producers, meaning she deliberately misled everyone about her age with fake ID, birth certificate, etc.; she never saw the inside of a jail cell while dozens of other people were arrested and prosecuted.

...why do they think this argument will work? I can't find any of these so-called examples of the contract being enforced on then-minors that this Twitter poster claims exist.
Why would such a massive multimillion IP obviously capable of recruiting great talent of any age go specifically for the minor about to turn 18? And where are the background checks? Someone who would leak everything, especially with such a dumbass mistake leaving a unique identifier in most likely wouldn’t have the most desirable professional digital footprint.
It seriously just seems like it was treated like a casual Roblox startup hiring where anyone can lie their ass off and get hired.
