The D.C. Court of Appeals threw out the firearm conviction of a Black man named Donte Carter, ruling that police unlawfully seized him. The court determined that a
reasonable Black man in D.C. would not have felt free to end the encounter, making the officers' actions an illegal seizure because they lacked reasonable suspicion
The court explicitly factored race into its Fourth Amendment analysis, pointing out that an "objective and reasonable Black man" would feel coerced during a police encounter due to the historical context of policing. The
U.S. Supreme Court subsequently declined to review this race-based standard, leaving the D.C. Court of Appeals' precedent in place despite dissents from Justices Alito and Thomas.
So the SCotUS has decided that judges need to take into account a persons racial status for determining whether a constitutional impact has occurred. This opens the path for (B)lack people to have a special precedent when interacting with Law Enforcement. IE: Two-Tier policing. One set of rules for niggers and one set for everyone (white) else.
Alito and the HNIC both dissented but the other judges declined to take the case and the nigger gets to walk free.

TLDR: Some judge in DC said that the Po-Po can't expect niggers to act like a normal human beings and thus you have to give them special exceptions during interactions. This nigger was walking around with a stolen gun shoved down his pants and when cops saw the gun shaped bulge they asked to search him, he said OK and they found the gun. The judge said "a Black Man wouldn't have the confidence to say no to Law Enforcement due to historcial and cultural racism but a white person would and thus the search is illegal" she then threw out the case as without the search there is no evidence. The DA appealed it beceause...fuck that noise, but the SCOTUS declined to take up the case so this nigger walks to get arrested next week for some other shit.
So yah...Two Tier policing for niggers. They are now offically less human then white people. Thanks Judge Lynn Leibovitz for making it offical.
