There's no reason to assume it won't. Almost every time a faggot judge has done something like this, their ruling gets quietly overturned with little-to-no fanfare.

The entire lower court system is not required by the Constitution. The Constitution only says that Congress has the power to create and regulate the inferior courts (i.e., federal courts below the Supreme Court). In theory, Congress could eliminate all district courts and courts of appeals tomorrow. So they can likely require judicial nominations to not be dual-citizens. Problem is, you likely can't retroactively effect that because federal judges have life tenure.
I'm curious what the judges said at the sentencing hearings. These are very lengthy sentences. In federal court, sentences are done pursuant to the Sentencing Guidelines, and there's a sentencing table laying this out:
