I would say Phil could have some of these issues. Of course we don't know his real training routine and I suspect he just does some performative workouts (especially since he doen't do cardio or any leg related excercises) so maybe all those years of bodily abuse he inflicted upon himself are now knocking on his door. I mean his diet seems still to be shit and considering how much fast food he devours I doubt he has much "real" food

One thing we don’t factor in much is that Phil “claims” to not eat fats. So milk, cheese, eggs, all bad stuff. While it’s funny to assume GLP-1s, I’m still going to laugh if dude’s organs are failing him and he’s just wilting away. Or it’s diabetes. We know fuck face gets as much exercise as a senior citizen at a group home. And even they probably get around more than Phil.

He’s already admitted that he doesn’t eat bad foods like carbs and cheeses. Again, when you think about that, it makes him looking like a skeleton with melting skin make so much more sense.
