I think Phil and Kat got some adjustable dumbbells, a bench to sit on, and that's that. I'm seeing less detractor videos on him babbling about his workouts, so we're probably in the phase of Phil moving onto his next old age crisis bullshit arc.

I would say Phil could have some of these issues. Of course we don't know his real training routine and I suspect he just does some performative workouts (especially since he doen't do cardio or any leg related excercises) so maybe all those years of bodily abuse he inflicted upon himself are now knocking on his door. I mean his diet seems still to be shit and considering how much fast food he devours I doubt he has much "real" food
