Has he mentioned getting the Ascended heros set? The booster box alone is in the 4 digits price range.

I know you aren't saying otherwise, but only a retard like Felipe would even CONSIDER that booster packs are 'worth it' financially. If they were, people would buy more driving the price higher to the point where it's no longer worth it. Basic economics, which Burnell knows absolutely nothing about. Due to the RNG of random packs they should be -EV compared to buying the specific cards you want....but muh gamblin addiction

A while back, Phil talked about winning the lottery and using his money to sue all his detractors. I'd love to see the courtroom case on that one.

Since The Quartering documentary he watched changed his life, and recently Jer said on his stream to leave dsp alone and leave them both alone trying to stand up for phil sorta, and knowing Jer needs money desperately because of his own situation - I wouldn't be surprised if they were talking behind the scenes and some of the boxes were bought from Jer or the singles were bought from Jer at lower prices rather than going through the website all the time. Also combined with the fact most of his money is now available to be thrown in the incinerator of a new addiction.

Phil probably did stop with lottery tickets. It's not the hope of winning big for Phil. He NEEDS to win big and show it off to everyone, and will spend exorbitantly to do so. Which you can't do even if you buy a million lottery tickets.

He actually said he only wanted to waste their time and money because he has no confidence that he would even win a lawsuit. Just trying to act hard because H3H3 announced his lawsuits and Phil was trying to leech off of that. I'm not a lawyer but wouldn't that get you held in contempt or something?

It's not contempt but a couple different things, one the judge would rule the case not worth pursuing and the person who brought it to court would have to pay the defendants lawyer costs and assorted fees and if they were extra dickish doing sovereign citizen levels of paper terrorism they could be labeled a vexatious litigant.

As one of the biggest Dsp defenders on this thread once again i need to come here and educate you book smart morons on how dsp buying booster boxes is good for the business. You see dsp buys booster boxes and he makes a profit in the long run if he opens a super shiny card. Of course you mentally ill idiots dont grasp this basic concept bacause you arent mature style adults with families and a cat-son. I would recommend educating yourselves but you are all clearly low iq book smart people that only exist to railroad dsp life and make him age 20 years in 1 year.

That kind of thing can land you in deep shit for being a Vexatious Litigant, and result in paying the other side's lawyer bills as well as fines and other penalties for wasting the court's time.

The legalese for this would be "frivolous lawsuit filed in bad faith." It's not contempt of court, that's when you willfully disobey a court order or disrupt a court proceeding. The defendant(s) would have a strong argument for dismissal of the case as a Rule 11 sanction, and, assuming Phil would file such a suit in his home state, Washington law provides that if a lawsuit is dismissed due to being frivolous and advanced without reasonable cause the court may award reasonable attorneys fees and costs to the defendant(s). The defendant(s) could also theoretically file counter-claims against Phil for "malicious prosecution" under RCW 4.24.350(1) provided they can show they suffered some sort of damages beyond just legal fees and costs.
Its was nothing but trying to scare the detractor channels into giving him money for a "licence" to restream his begging sessions.
There was never any thought of real intent to follow through on any threat that's more complex than pressing a button on Youtube, cause even a DMCA terrifies him as it can be counter claimed and just thinking about having to talk to a lawyer is enough to stun lock his hermit ass.
