Bankruptcy court is an absolute joke.
With a bankruptcy, the government's role is really just to rubber stamp the documents as long as everything is filled out correctly and none of his creditors contest their debt being wiped out. The IRS is a completely different story, their job is squeeze every penny they can from you if you get in their crosshairs. You wouldn't want to pull the stuff he did in his bankruptcy filings with the IRS.

True. I wish we could get full access to Phil's IRS situation. It's crazy to me that the IRS even allows payment plans and credit cards, etc... it just fucks over idiots like Phil.

I mentioned it last time this came up, but that's what works best for them. If they take all of your stuff and make you broke, they only get some of the money and you don't give them anything else. You lose your house and your car, you probably lose your job, and that's it. They allow payment plans because it means they get to just charge interest. You keep working, and paying them off.

If you fuck that up bad enough they can garnish your wages for the same reason. You keep making money, and now they don't ask for their cut, they just take it directly from your employer. In the end, the payment plans really are a service for retards like Phil because it gives them one last bit of agency before the tax man just cuts the middle man out and starts robbing you directly.

Ok he's concern trolling about Wings and telling everyone how he beat his addictions and became healthy and wealthy and better and wings can too.

Even though he's on level 1 with wings and has every problem in the book, time to skip this episode today, too much projection.

Idk how people can even troll this boring fuck most the time when he loops 24/7

Alright, time for my whole opinion on all this Pokemon crap. I believe that this Pokemon arc is a huge nail in the coffin that is Phil's career. Like a literal railroad spike being driven right in.
i think pokemon as a franchise is a funny parallel to phils own career: past its prime and coasting along on dents and children blowing their allowance on it for no real reason, and everyone involved just seeing dollar signs in their eyes. the last time pokemon had any kind of charm was decades ago in like gen 4. the formulas been ground to death. no one even plays the fucking card game, its just zoomer gachaslop

Maybe when Wings returns to the internet, he can begin his Pokemon grift and get addicted to card collecting just like Phil, he does have that Fat Pikachu plush after all so he's at least more of a Pokemon fan than Phil is. I bet Kat has thought about burning piggy's card collection whenever she gets pissed at him.

Darziak, Casino, whatever happened there
Look faggot, everyone in your life that you've claimed "betrayed you", has in reality, them walking away and exposing you, because of your actions . You made it happen, You don't see people as anything but "what can I get out of this person", you've never had a genuine relationship with anyone, ever. Hell, at least once a week I get blasted with a dude I've known since 2000. Nearly every guy has friends that they don't regularly talk to, but could show up or pick up the phone and instantly talk like they hung out yesterday. You've got none of that. I cannot comprehend how you live like that and haven't killed yourself. Or done some reflection.

"I opened the WHOLE bahx,"

As opposed to what, half the box?

"Okay? And I populated the binder with the cards."

What a weird choice of words. Populated. Okay, and what else are you going to "populate" your binder with? Tyrone and Khet's homonculous offspring? Fucking A Phil

I'm glad that he actually got hooked to a Pokeemahn addiction. It's a fate I would never wish upon my worst enemy (except for this faggot beaner at the gym that's a bitch) but it's a fitting end for the pigroach. Fucking Pig of Hate.

Yeah with bankruptcy the reality is, the banks and bank-style corporations that hold consumer debt operate on such a massive scale, and their lawyers are so expensive, that it would actually cost them more money to aggressively enforce their rights against someone like Phil. Obviously for us we want to see the pig squirm and be held to a standard of some kind, but for these financial institutions, getting roached on by a certain percentage of customers is just the cost of doing business. A couple hundred grand is a life changing amount of money to someone like you or me, but to these guys it's a rounding error. For every Phil who makes them write off $40k in credit card debt, there's a thousand Shaniquas paying $100/month in interest to rent a TV or finance a pizza.
