I'm still in disbelief that detractors got Phil to rifle through his garbage, to counter the trolls saying he bought resealed boxes.

20 years of being trolled and he still cannot recognise when its happening. Instead he sets out a veritable smorgasbord of delcious troll food twice a day, six days a week.

Phil is using Pokemon as a take tool to decrease his tax exposure.

We can't forget that the kino casino arc brought in a lot of money for him, yes he probably spent most of this on WWE Champions but now the taxes on that are due he's racking up business expenses to avoid paying that larger tax bill.

Long may it continue, he's in the same spiral as the quartering. A smart man wouldn't spend $1000's on business expenses to avoid a bill that's in the $100's
Is it even possible/legal to write off Pokemon for a business expense? Its not like he runs a card store or something but I shouldnt be to shocked if the roach can do it he will.

Let's say he does, because the universe smiles on Phil and lets him get away with tax bullshit that would get any of us in legal trouble. Getting them as a write off on tax won't help when he spends more of his decreasing post tax income on them. How many times has he opened packs off stream because he was fiending for a hit, twice now? It's gonna get worse

He can't ever just take an L and move on. He can't ever laugh at himself. Must be hell, living with so low self-esteem.
I'm convinced if the detractors suddenly ragged on Phil for breathing he'd suffocate.

Even semi literate roofers and landscapers know to set aside a portion of their income to pay the tax man. It's literally not your money to spend.

Anything can be a business expense until the audit.

Its a low probability he would ever get audited but he is pressing his luck putting the mobile games and now pokemon cards as business expenses. One thing the IRS definitely looks for is expense amounts that are high relative to total revenue. The IRS knows that obviously its unreasonable that a person would continue to run a business for multiple years in a row that costs them almost as much to run as they are actually making. Getting greedy with expenses is a great way to get the IRS to take a second look at your shit.

You can tell he's a coonsomer since he's playing the dogshit remake instead of the superior Platinum version of Gen 4...
He would play the original but has no way of doing it other than emulation and he said plenty of times that he doesn't want to get caught using them because the trolls were report them to the "Nintenjas" to shut down his long rotting dead channel.

It's like... PIGLER!!! Nintendo ain't going to do shit about a couple of ROMs that you download off of some website, especially games that they have not touched in decades or fan made ROM hacks made by freelance developers for their love of a series or game.

I tell you this man, this ginbrain of a schizo has chronic night terrors that his IP address would get leaked/fixed despite the rest of the internet knowing where the Anführer and the PhatKat reside at for years!

So he is forced to play the so-called inferior version (personally the game is not that badlooking just kind of dumb down for modern window lickers) instead because of this. "Dood I only play games legally from the billion dollar companies, ackackack!"

Watch him getting lucky with another global pandemic during his second bankruptcy.

With the first one he got lucky with both his job being something lesser known and the COVID paralysing the state.

The whole "WWE Network" expenses were very sus and should have rang alarms in the judge anybody with enough time to care could run a small background check on him and see he's not a WWE content creator.

With how stupid the US system is, I won't be surprised if he gets away with it again.

Phil is a spiritual nigger, and look how many nigger entertainers made millions, then lost it all due to not paying their taxes.

Phil is a bipolar polack, a bipolack, if you will.

Piggy keeps acting like him having some money matches with LTG would "break duh interwebz" when in reality the true destruction of the internet would be if he went on Caleb Hammers program.

Caleb Hammer will never happen, but it would be hilarious. My question though, would Caleb be able to deal with the pig roach or would he lose his mind and boot him.

If I'm not allowed to write off the suits that I am required to wear for work and otherwise wear maybe once or twice a year for weddings/funerals, but Piggler gets away with writing off manchild toys I will be mildly upset.

With tax fraud like that, you can get away with a lot as long as you never do too much at once, so go ahead and write off your suits, just keep the big stuff straight, and you will be fine.

You don't want his luck. Mans entire life is the monkeys paw.
