I'm glad whick made it into Joan's affidavit for the final reply to the sanctions motion. I feel like he earned his spot sucking Steven off so diligently for the courtesy of being dox'd afterwards.

Relief requested: Plaintiff asks the Court to grant sanctions and deny Defendant’s fee request; alternatively, if the Court does not find Rule 37(e)(2) intent, Plaintiff seeks Rule 37(e)(1) curative measures such as a permissive adverse-inference instruction, allowing evidence of the loss at trial, and barring Defendant from contesting the lost evidence’s content.

It really is something to watch him try to talk his way out of all of this.
