it's even better than that. according to the sources I found after 10 seconds of google, the typical observed variation between packs from the same set is on the order of 0.1 g or less.
also I heard that the code card actually has randomized weight, but I don't care to look that up right now

I'm an old had when it comes to TCG's but I did dabble in yu-gi-oh in it's first two or three years around and my question is thus: back then the rare was in the middle of the pack but the other cards never were random meaning if you saw one card the next two or three behind it would be the same thing would that be the same for these pokemon cards?
Pokemon has the contents of the pack randomized now, but the sets are small (90ish cards on average) and there's only so many cards in the common slot, so you see a ton of the same cards between packs. It doesn't mean Phil brought reseals but the only way he can be sure to avoid it would be to leave his house and go to the store. Which isn't happening.

So now we know, he was just saying that because he read online about how supposedly scalpers put the packs on a scale and the fancy valuable cards are a tiny bit heavier so they can tell which are the dud packs.

He's more likely to do the pack weighing on stream and possibly also using a metal detector to check for foils so he can waste more time and extend the controller boycott.
Too many people are being mum about this dent. Getting money from DSP to fix his dying channel isn't a flex. Neither is paying another lolcow to make videos on him. Don't be afraid to call someone out just because they happen to be a popular troll. There's no sides to this.
And of course, we'll be getting a "I was only kidding to prove my trolls are crazy" reaction from Phil as reasons for not uploading the video and deleting his original post.

He can also tech a throw on reaction unlike all the "pros" who need to delay tech or guess to break a throw and if it wasn't for the lag from shitty rollback netcode he'd break every single throw attempt on him because he has the reactions and reflexes of fucking Ultra Instinct Goku.
Real talk, when will imploding viewercounts actually force this dent to play interesting games, multiplayer, etc? This is 100% a recipe for 160 view streams all week with this babby game, nursing home game, indie walking sim/wagie sim kick he's on.
