Considering how much "fuck it I'm out" sentiment Gooseworx is expressing I imagine they'(Glitch and Gooseworx) are both going to try focusing on their other projects until or unless those subsequent efforts start underperforming. Gooseworx probably made enough money to dip for a good period of time and Glitch has quite a few other series coming down the pipeline. I think for now they're going to move on after milking the finale for all it's worth.

But no, he uses them to shoehorn in a completely uninteresting "this is who your real life equivalent it" plot point that commits the cardinal sin of explaining something that should have been left up to the viewer's imagination.

I'm not one to consume "indie" material, but the only indie thing I've consumed was a series called Dinosauria by Dead Sound, and I can say that it has a better art style than Digital Circus, even though it basically has no dialogue and the whole thing was animated by a single person who does the storyboards, creates the models of the dinosaurs he's going to animate, and it already has like two seasons, which leaves a lot to be desired from Glitch and its epidemic of expensive merchandising and pilots that go nowhere.

Can you link it?, how long has this guy been doing this?, because creating a 20-30 minute animated video with multiple VAs is a lot more complicated and expensive than you think.
