I think it's also the broader context that Nick acknowledged the photo was sent in a context that it was supposed to be private and Nick called Aaron his boyfriend. He basically said: "This is a photo I promised to keep private, provided to me by someone I was in a sexual and very loving relationship with, but I decided fuck'em, and showed the world."
Gee, I can't imagine why a judge would frown upon implying you're going to fuck someone's child, then filming yourself trying to find them. Really big brain activity.

I wasn't there, but your account suggests Rekieta treated the proceedings as a show, with the clear aim of humiliating Aaron. From your description, it seems the judge caught onto this as well.
The real question is whether Rekieta's performance will work in his favor, or whether it will give the judge sufficient grounds to restrict his latitude in discussing Aaron.

The original transcriber reached out to me with this. Additionally, she said that forwarded my request to the new transcriber for the newer hearing. I'll update you further once I get more news
U_M did some leg work back in October on this Aaron (and Aaron's daughter) v Rekieta / Melton HRO / TRO wrt the transcripts, but as the case was ongoing then, they weren't available. Not sure if now would count, or if we have to wait for the ruling. Additional quoted info in the post quoted above.

Per the first-hand accounts we have, it sounds like the judge was onto Nick's bullshit. It also sounds like Nick's big "gatcha" was Aaron admitting he wasn't afraid of Nick on the STMS.
