The wheels of justice turn slowly as they say, which is why I picked continuance but also because it's the funniest (and weirdest) outcome for Nick. He's still in limbo where he can't talk about Aaron now that there's a gag order. He's obviously relapsed, he's becoming more erratic as evidenced by him crashing his van full of his kids into a front loader because he was texting and not paying attention, and as he admitted, he couldn't remember what day that happened. Because when you're life is as bad as Nick Rekieta's, crashing into a construction vehicle is just another day. As someone who wants him to enjoy prison because I detest Nick and don't find his antics or semantics games funny, this continues to turn up the temperature and his stress level, hopefully he breaks soon.

He'll be working out how to let Rekieta talk about Aaron on some sort of limited basis on account of Rekieta being such a big important presenter in the media and such. No one seems to click to Rekieta being an actual psychopath sociopath.
 
Nick sounds as insufferable as ever, if I had to deal with him in a professional capacity I'd be torn between killing him or myself. The anecdote about him drawing a picture of himself was great though, what a psycho.

Sounds more to me like the judge knows Nick is a psycho, but wants to hang him with an order he can't possibly win an appeal on.

Currently Rekieta was allowed to talk about Aaron but not approach him physically. If the new or refreshed or whatever gag order is written properly to take into account Rekieta's extreme radioactive faggotry as in do not talk about your ex boyfriend then it is different.

The judge had issued a gag at some point, but I think it was between #1 and #2, and this is at least hearing #3 or 4.

This gag order is "new" ie newly issued and from the sounds of it with more input from Aaron's counsel after Rekieta spent his whole life circumventing or ignoring the last one.

Guess it wasn’t a good idea to call him a coward and say that he’d lose his job if he took rekietas rights away on stream.

Can’t stand imholte but he’s definitely the closest thing to rekieta getting a proper punishment, just having to deal with the guy for this long and having to admit he fucked your wife and ate your cum is worse than going to jail.
