and that is actually an incredibly low false positive rate for a screening test.
And, again, I will stress, that a screening test IS NOT a confirmatory/diagnostic test. These two types of tests are VERY, VERY different.
...and there's an argument for before 40 days since the fetus is ensouled at 40 days.
That would be an argument based on fantasy and magic, not science and reality.

Edit: you fixed your bad formatting. I’ve heard too many stories of false positives from the initial test to believe that’s an accurate measurement.
