A terf Christian I follow (rarely posts on trans issues now, since they came after her) demanded the trannies call her "saved" and "heaven bound" since that is her self-definition, which she argued is just as valid as theirs.
They wanted her to affirm their chosen selves, so she demanded the same right back:
"You believe I am going to heaven, right? If you don't, you HATE ALL CHRISTIANS!"
It drove em crazy. She compared religion to trans ideology all the time: "I do not endorse your belief system as you don't endorse mine, and we can still believe in pluralism and co-exist, isn't democracy wonderful?" etc.
She said she'd call them he/she/whatever when they properly conceded her heaven bound moral authority.
They blocked/reported her all over the place, account throttled, etc... but still couldn't explain why their belief system automatically took precedent over hers.
I loved watching them try to argue with her.
She pretty much only posts about dogs and plants now, since her account was throttled/buried so bad.
Even after Elon took over--they still have plenty of organizational authority/power.
It's so tiresome. Marsha P Johnson didn't do shit. I got into this debate on twitter last year and it was brain rotting. Anytime someone attributes gay rights to him, I always ask what did Marsha do to advance and get gays their rights. You either get hit with, he threw the first brick (easily disproven) or get called a bigot and told to educate yourself. Because there is nothing here. Nothing. I'm sorry to say troons but gay rights can be attributed largely to boring old white lawyers for the most part with people like Frank Kameny, Harvey Milk, and Barbara Gittings the actual successful activists.
Why the fuck do progressives do this shit so much? They don't like that history views someone one way so they will bury that person and give credit to someone else. I see it with the civil rights movement. They give Malcolm X the credit now and downplay MLK because I guess MLK is just a boring old man in a suit and not a cool revolutionary who wanted to burn it down. Fucking retarded.
