I just want to point out that it's concerning how Trump's actions with Iran + Vance getting shut out + Thiel booking it to Argentina all make sense from the conspiracy lense that they all know the Iran conflict is going to escalate to Israel getting hit and then Israel is going to fling nukes everywhere.

Everyone has been criticizing Trump for this continued bullshit with Iran, half of it comes from people who think we never should have started it, the other half from people who think we should have already finished it. But what if Trump knows that by stalling Iran with this deal shit he can try to prolong the inevitable that they'll hurl a nuke at tel aviv? I think the issue isn't even the uranium they supposedly have, I think they already have a nuke built and he knows it so he is trying to buy time in classic businessfag style of making new deals that he knows will collapse but will invite further talks.

Vance has been obviously opposed to the war, and is clearly antagonistic to the Iranian perspective, understandably. But him taking a firm stance would be enough for Trump to not want to risk him agitating something further with them and interrupt his stalling.

Thiel just so happens to be jetting to one of the few places that would be safe from an Israeli all out nuke strike. Argentina is out of range of anything they have, as is New Zealand and some of the other spots the richfags have been buying up. People are saying he's moving because he thinks the left will call for his head if they retake power, but he's rich, rich people don't have that same level of concern as normal people. He could easily grease the right palms and be fine even in a commie takeover.

So Israel is allied with Saudi Arabia. Friendly with Jordan and the non Hezbollah part of Lebanon. And neutral with Syria, Egypt and the other Arab gulf states. The only negative relations are Iran, Iraq (only because of Iranian supporting militias) and Turkey.
This would be like the US being in conflict with Cuba, it going poorly and deciding to nuke Canada for some fucking reason.
Like please explain to me how your chain of events goes exactly? Israel gets attacked by Iran, somehow that attack goes through and because of that Israel decides to nuke the whole Middle East?
Why do you think they'd do that?

As a side deal during the Camp David Accords, Jimmy Carter agreed to pay Israel $3 billion a year, various similar agreements have continued for the last 47 years, current payment agreement is a standing baseline $3.8 billion a year (however the actual amount is much higher, due to secondary payments like $14 billion to Israel in 2024, $4 billion last year). There are various agreements with these deals, namely that something like 2/3rds of the aid money must be spent purchasing US equipment (missiles, fighter jets, etc) to prop up the MIC.

If Israel admits officially to having a nuclear weapon program (or if the US finally acknowledges that they have nukes) that would violate US anti-proliferation laws and would either void or force suspension of any aid agreements the US has with Israel, costing them billions a year in aid and costing MIC billions (and costing US politicians millions in bribes).

Even though I'm sure a new agreement would be forthcoming, it would cost political capital and be embarrassing. And an actual nuclear strike would have far greater negative PR such that there probably wouldn't be a new aid agreement for at least a generation.

So nobody wants Israel to admit they have 200+ nuclear warheads because everyone loses a fortune if they did, and Israel doesn't want to nuke Iran and risk losing their eternal piggy bank.

I've heard the exact same claim as a kid, along with acid rain beoming more frequent and stuff. Suddenly the "ozone layer was fixing itself" not even a decade later.

Even now, "climate change" is getting the same small step back because certain people need AI data centers. the IPCC just revcently said the loom and gloom worst case scenario they were harping on before was "not realistically going to happen".

The curious thing I've long found about Harambe is that while there are plenty of people who are sad over him (and not just making jokes), I don't think I've ever heard anyone argue for anything less than that the gorilla had to die given the circumstances with a child's life at stake. Like, maybe it's out there, but I haven't even heard a peep making that case from crazy animal rights activists.

I personally think the crowd should've been sprayed instead of Harambe. There was every indication that this was about to go down as a wholesome moment, the same way it has in the past when an idiot hominid child decides to crawl into our cousin's playground. Unfortunately, you can't trust modern people to hold it together and not start chimping out and screaming, unsettling the gorilla, who then (predictably) acts unpredictably.

When this kid fell, there was some panic, but it wasn't anything this gorilla didn't hear on the regular. He proceeds to do exactly what male gorillas do and decides to protect the weird, hairless creature that knocked himself out.

Then it happened again, and there were no issues at all.

Basically, humanity sucks. But not the guy who posted the tribute to Harambe. Someone in the White House is an excellent troll, and I approve of his actions.

On a better note, this guy is an absolute legend. He jumped into a chimp enclosure to save a drowning chimp and was cheered on the entire time.
