None of it means anything at all. Presidential tweets may be some kind of public record material, but they aren't laws, and they aren't executive orders, and legally, they mean absolutely fucking nothing.

Trump went off half-cocked as usual and as usual everyone behaved as if he's the God-Emperor. For 24 hours everyone forgot we live in a democracy (on both sides) and that there's many safe-guards against a president making spurious decrees with weight of law.

Trump defers all his legislative duties to the GOP, who despite what they say are indistinguishable from their democratic counterparts. This is why the ACA is a disaster because they don't actually oppose anything about the bill except it was OBAMA.
