I don't think so. Melina's actions since the divorce lead me to believe that she recognizes that Destiny is a narcissist and is doing what you're supposed to do when you leave a narcissist, which is go no contact. You're not supposed to even make allusions to that person publicly because it will cause that narcissist to start pulling you back into their chaos, which we know Destiny will do. He's told us so himself. He recently mentioned that the reason he hasn't had to drag Melina or Chaeiry into thing (he's lying about Chaeiry) is because they fucked off and haven't said anything about him. Melina knows exactly what kind of person Destiny is and probably doesn't think the amount of money she would get would be worth it because it's not. You will notice that Chaeiry, even though she wants to, cannot get away from it.
