Coast to Coast AM - Kiwifarms Open Lines

There any good creepy ones? Where the caller calls in, says his thing, and whatever he's saying seems to be something he earnestly believes and would be scary if real?
The call-ins for the whole Men In Black thing are pretty unsettling with some of the stories and their appearances.

I completely believe that there is something like the Men In Black that exist, and I may or may not be basing it off of personal experience.

I didn’t see a UFO. But I had a weird experience and had equally weird strangers approach my house to ask me questions less than a half hour afterwards.

I remember one of them saying that their faces were pretty much painted white and their features were weird.

Didn't Dan Aykroyd swear he was approached by them?

I checked, and he did.

In January 2002, Aykroyd sold a groundbreaking paranormal documentary series titled Out There to the Sci-Fi Channel (now Syfy). While filming in New York City, he took a smoke break outside the studio and spotted a black Ford sedan suddenly appear across the street. A large man stepped out, glared at Aykroyd intensely, and when Aykroyd looked away for a brief second, the car completely vanished. Merely two hours later, network executives unexpectedly canceled the show, and the 26 episodes that had already been filmed were locked away.

I would genuinely love to hear what happened.
I woke up one week day morning to let my dog out as usual. I had been living in a house with my then boyfriend for a couple of months. It was a clear and sunny day out, I was completely sober, and I had my dog on her leash. My boyfriend was away at work. I wasn’t working at the time. I left my phone sitting on the kitchen counter, but I made a point to check the time before I walked out of the house. Nothing unusual happened at this point.

I walked my dog out into the front yard, walked to the side of my house towards the backyard, and the next thing I remember is myself closing the gate to my backyard behind me, and my dog and I ready to walk back into the house. I don’t remember going into the backyard, or my dog relieving herself, which is the only reason why I took her out. But we were both ready to go back inside.

I walk back inside, and notice that the clock that was accurately timed on the stove, was at least a hour ahead of when I left the house. I checked my phone clock to see if maybe the power had blinked out while I was gone, and it showed the same time as the stove clock.
After a few minutes of being confused and in shock, because I never spent that long taking my dog out in the morning, I called my boyfriend and plead with him to come home because I was beginning to panic and I explained my story to him. He worked about 10 minutes away at the time.

He comes home, sits down on the couch with me, and about 5 minutes after he got back home, we see two people walk up our driveway, and knock on the door. One was a pale, black man and the other one was a white woman with slight Asian features. I was still a little shook up, so I sat right out of view of the living room window and front door, and watched as my boyfriend opened the door and talked to them. The two strangers were dressed up in office casual wear, shades of black and white, and they were both average height with average features. Nothing stood out about them. The black man had a clipboard with a sheet of paper on it, and the two asked my boyfriend if he supported more “programs” coming to a school in the area. No elaboration on what kind of programs. No elaboration on which school, in one of the biggest cities in the state, would receive these programs. They asked my boyfriend if he was in support of it, and he just essentially agreed to the weird questions and tried to get the conversation over with. The black one shook his hand, and then I watched the two walk across the street to the house that faced my backyard and side yard, knock on their front door, and play the same conversation out again with my neighbors. Then they walked down the street a little bit like they were unsure where to go, and disappeared. They didn’t have a car as far as I could tell.

Skeptical people will probably call it a coincidence. But I never saw those people ever again. We used to have people from the churches nearby walk around and solicit, but they’d carpool together around the neighborhood, and were dressed in more casual clothing. And at some point, you’d start to recognize them.
The aura and vibes that those two strangers gave me 7 years ago hasn’t left me since either.
I’ve never brought it up to anyone offline, and hardly ever online. My boyfriend and I both found the exchange entirely weird. I had heard of the Men In Black before then, but my boyfriend didn’t know anything about it except for the movie series. I don’t know how it would have played out if my boyfriend wasn’t there, and I’m nervous to think about it. I don’t think that they were seriously asking about a local school and programs for students.
There are a couple of military bases nearby, my neighborhood sat on an “island” in a decent sized body of water, and UFO reports had been made decades ago around the same area. Some prime conditions for paranormal things to happen, if you believe in it.
This all took place somewhere in America.

Postscript: As I was typing this out, I could imagine myself trying to shorten my story down as if I were a caller to C2C and Art Bell was interested in my story, but there’s a scheduled commercial break coming up, and the caller needs to wrap it up.

One was a pale, black man
This is interesting, I've never heard of a MiB report mentioning a black guy. Did they act strange at all? Awkward when they shook your boyfriend's hand? Spoke technically correct English but not in the way people in your area speak? Misfitting clothes?

This hit me in the feels. I could imagine Art keeping you on the line to go further into your story after the break.

They acted weird like they didn’t belong from the area, and they had to deviate from what they were originally going to do.
They actually didn’t initiate the handshake; my boyfriend did it and the black guy went along with it. I didn’t notice their clothes misfitting. Just more formal for what they claimed to be doing. I can’t remember enough of what they said now, to remember what their English sounded like.

My neighbor never brought it up to me either, though I saw him talking to them.
The black guy almost looked more gray than black. Like black people when they get ashy. But it was his entire complexion.

You should send your story to Beyond Creepy on YouTube. He makes comfy videos about paranormal and UFO sightings.

@Gef Mongoose

A missing time experience is genuiniely scary. Interesting that you were near a body of water. A big chunk of sightings occur near water.

Did anyone else encounter them in your area? Or experience a loss of time?
There are some people that report missing days of time. I would think about locking myself away after that.

I don’t know if anyone else in my area encountered them. I live in the Bible Belt and I think that most people keep it to themselves.
I’ve mentioned to my mom before that I lost a hour of time once, but I omitted the suspected men in black part.

I didn't have missing time, but I had a weird UFO sighting once. Or, well, I think whatever it was had hovered over my apartment complex. But not only did someone in my complex corroborate it, but it was sorta the talk of the town for a couple days.

It was like 2-ish am. I had those black movie theater curtains on the windows, since I lived in an apartment and didn't want people peeking in my windows. I could see light peeking in though. Bright light. And the whole complex started shaking. Like, I could actually hear my plates and shit clinking in my cupboard. I heard some movement outside on the big wooden porch outside and my cat started going apeshit. I grabbed my handgun, but was admittedly too scared to do much about it. After about 45 or so minutes, the noise faded and the light went away. Needless to say, I slept like dogshit and had to be at work at 6 am.

Coworker asks why I look so tired. I say "I dunno, I think a helicopter or something was hovering over my complex." And then joke that maybe it was a UFO. He flashes me a look and says there was a UFO sighting in town last night. At right about the time whatever it was happened. So, I go to MUFON. Sure as shit, I don't even have to scroll down the case sightings and there it is. In plain text with a picture. "Rectangular shaped craft spotted". Had photos and a street attached. Looked like a weird, white rectangle in the sky. Said street was less than a 2 minute drive from my complex.

When I get off work and get home, I'm walking up the stairs at the same time as one of my neighbors. I rarely talked to my neighbors because it was kind of a cheap, crappy complex. I ask her if the place was shaking and rumbling last night and she said she almost thought we'd had an earthquake or something.

Like two weeks later, there was a similar sighting a couple states away. Small farmhouse in Illinois had a suspiciously similar event listed as a sighting on MUFON. Sort of a nothing "sighting". But, I really didn't want my cornhole winding up like Streiber's.

People claim that alien abductions have decreased because now everyone has phones and they were all fake to begin with. The real reason was the expansion of concealed carry. Gleep Glorp doesn't want to catch shells when he's trying to probe your booty hole.

I think they're all factors, personally. There are some UFO stories that are clearly bullshit. And/or the Feds doing some weird shit and using aliens as a convenient cover. But, I think the sheer number of cameras is a big one. Even if they could hypothetically shut down all electronic devices within a certain range, the chances of them getting caught on video is still high.

I've heard a few cases of people punching or throwing shit at an alien, but only a couple instances of anyone shooting at them. Like, getting shot didn't seem to bother the Hopkinsville creatures. Or whatever the shit going on in Rome, OH was (I think the Night Siege is phony, but its an entertaining story at least)

Holy shit I forgot about Coast to Coast. As kid I got my first alarm clock radio and randomly stumbled upon it one night cruising through AM radio. I would stay up past my bed time listening to Coast to Coast and old timey radio shows with detectives and spooky ghost stories. Radio like the Internet was once the wild West when it came to content and it's a shame how much corporate control and advertising has ruined the radio.

My favorites where talking about cryptids, supposed conspiracies regarding military and of course the paranormal stuff. Most of it is probably bs but it's fun to indulge in it now and then.

Radio at one point was the way to break into the entertainment industry as either a DJ, news reader, talk show host etc and now it's pretty much inaccessible. Start at a local town or university radio station and then work your way up and as you made a name for yourself you had a chance to get picked up by someone and make it big.

Also someone should create an KF x/ thread for some spooky stories cuz I feel like everyone has a few.

I've got a "spooky" story. I walked into the wrong building one time. In a medium sized city. I don't remember the exact address but I had flipped the last two numbers, I meant to walk in 478 or something like that and instead walked into 487. I remember thinking it was weird there was no signage anywhere for the place I thought I was walking into, but I'm a retard. Anyways, I walked in and the place was completely empty. No lights on, just a big wide open empty room. I just stood there like a complete retard because I was expecting something entirely different. Within like 3 seconds a guy comes out of a hallway, white guy, suit, short hair. Couldn't really make out his face because of how dark it was. He immediately says: "You need to leave." And just stood there until I backed out.

After I found the correct building, I went home and searched around for the address that I accidentally walked into. I couldn't find anything about it, like no business had ever been there. But it was a storefront in a medium sized city, surrounded by other businesses.

That was swamp gas.

I dunno if you guys have found it yet but highdesert.space is a wonderful archive of Art's Coast 2 Coast broadcasts and beyond.

Winamp-esque theme, slick interface, and dynamically crawled episodes from the Internet Archive. What's not to like?

Someone linked me to the-eye years ago, but it sadly had some kind of server error it never recovered from. Thanks a bunch for uploading that!
