No. That's what dispensationalists think. The evangelical "prosperity gospel" types you're referring to are not dispensationalists. They took the "those who bless Israel will be blessed" line from the scofield Bible and made it their entire religion. They legitimately believe that by worshiping jews on earth God will make them rich.
