To save face they kept stalling the staff, rather than saying "there is an issue with the movers we ll sort this out tomorrow" they kept buying 30 minute intervals where face wasnt lost.

Think the chinese doctor that died from covid. They litterally had to say he was on CPR for 30 minutes then say he s dead because else great loss of face.
