this is the whole point of issue my friend, im not saying he dosent have the rifle in the bag, im saying because of the size of the rifle it would need to be broken down to fit into any bag that isent a specific gun case and you know how long those things are
just the fact it can "flap around" is not helpful to your argument as clearly the rifle has to be on him as its not recovered on the roof but it takes more time than he had to have broken down that rifle
You startting to get where im coming from, we do agree he has it in his bag, im just saying "its insnane they want us to belive he had to time to dissemble it" much less resemble it in the woods
BTW they found one of the spent rounds IN THE RIFLE, so that means he had to broken down the rifle with the round still in the chamber or somehow or some reason put the spent casing BACK IN when he reassembled it lated
