What was his life like before he became "Alva"? Do you know anything surrounding the circumstances of his father's death? Do you know his mother? What's she like?
He still has teeth, its just because of his enormous lips you can't see them. He is actively trying to let them rot out so his lips will be closer to his nose (which is apparently a female trait he is obsessed with).

And does he ever talk about his dad? And I guess, do you feel like he's someone in a psychological state of emergency because of a horrible thing, or do you feel like there was no hope from the beginning? If he lives through this, do you see a way out for him, emotionally?
There’s no hope for this one. It’s evil of the media to circle like the vultures they are and try to make a redemption story from him. All while ramming tranny bullshit down our throats.

Elva is currently supervised by different kind of doctors, she is in good hands and hopefully will benefit from medical care. Elva is not injecting since she became homeless.

I believe the horrible things that happened had an impact on Elva’s choices and beliefs. There is always hope and there is always a way to improve our lives as long as we are breathing and Elva is no exception to that. I just hope she is open to change at some point.
Forgive me for being vague. I also won’t be commenting on questions regarding Elva’s family, as they do not wish for any attention related to what is happening.
