All I can say is if you apply directly, your resume goes into a different stack that says “smart people who make my life easier” in the eyes of HR

They get torrents of resumes through shit like indeed, their eyes bleed from scrolling through them.

I didn’t even get rejection emails from indeed, that courtesy is like reserved for people who apply direct so you at least know to keep it moving. If you applied through indeed you don’t merit the courtesy of formal communication

I've done that. I don't like making 20 bazillion accounts. I've done it though when the job looks good. I will say in the last month or so, i'm getting more responses. I don't know quite what, but it feels like some of the trump oversight shit with H1B's is actually making them look at the resume stack and actually call back, even if just to say no. IDK, that's just personal experience.

Now, the first thing I think of when seeing the new logo is American Dad, but that aside it would be smart of noted purveyor of the dew, JD Advanced, to buy a truck of the Diet American Dew to take with him wherever he goes, much like how T-Bone makes sure there's Diet Coke in glass bottles all the time.

Extremely happy they're finally working towards getting rid of flip-flopping the clock for no real reason whatsoever, but what the fuck Trump? Savings time instead of Standard time? I'd be willing to put up with one final change just to get us back to a standardized time format.
