The thing about a greater proportion of applicants having masters meanwhile the overall number of applications has gone down significantly is all a result of the 100k fee. Basically the only way that somebody not already on an H-1B can get one without attracting the 100k fee is to get educated in the US, acquire a job through OPT and then convert to H-1B.

Since the 100k fee is applied for consular processing, it's a means they use to get their foot in the door so they can then go via the usual H-1B then EB2-NIW or PERM process so the US is stuck with these roaches forever. OPT needs to fucking die.

I have worked in both academic and corporate environments. In both, I encountered male HR employees who were just as awful as the female ones. Guess what? They were also catty retards, with useless degrees, from no-name universities, who go into HR so they can have their own petty fiefdom. Many are gay.

I didn’t even get rejection emails from indeed, that courtesy is like reserved for people who apply direct so you at least know to keep it moving. If you applied through indeed you don’t merit the courtesy of formal communication
