I can't tell if Destiny actually wants to run with the "There's no native way to export Discord conversations" in his response or not. It's obvious he means the discord data package just includes all his messages, settings, etc... in raw json files, and that he has to engage a third party or document how he cherrypicks from the original export to construct his production since he refuses to provide full productions of anything.
But surely the judge is going to understand he's just stamping his feet that there isn't a magic button that provides the exact production Joan requested with no effort on his side whatsoever. And that "messages" for any normative usage is going to imply the underlying attachments too and not just the references to the attachments. The privacy and relevancy concerns are valid around not exposing more non-consensual videos and potential child porn he was sending around, but refusing the third party review of the attachments just sinks his entire boat. What can the judge even do in this situation, but give him the negative inference if the defendant won't cooperate?

The comment on there, has really shown whyDestiny is so worried and considers it harassment for people to try to debunk his lies.
