Back when he invited Empathchan into his apartment for a couple weeks I went down a rabbit hole and figured out the type of apartment he has: The Surf 2A Premier layout in the Flamingo South Beach apartments.


When he and Melina first moved in to this apartment his stream setup was in the dining room. It's why, when they were still married, you could see Melina milling about in the background and why, after they divorced and Destiny would bring over a new woman every week, that woman inevitably made it into the background since that was the only way to the main entrance. Shortly after Pxie published her intent to sue, he moved his setup into the bottom room with the dedicated closet and bath. That room was also where Nathan stayed in 2024 when he shot Destiny in the back with that airsoft gun.

There's one other place where we see a very similar angle to what he's currently using. His podcast studio, which was just a studio apartment in this same building. Picture on the right comes from a setup stream he did while preparing for his 2024 election coverage. At one point they used a divider panel so they could segregate the apartment and have two feeds going, a 'main' election coverage area with a lot of commentary and a secondary coverage area focused more on diving into individual states' and counties' results.

Look closely at the first and second image and you'll see the angle is very similar, where the black panel meets with a section of the wall that juts out and creates a small corner. Just out of frame to Destiny's right should be a window. This room geometry doesn't make sense in the Surf 2A layout but it does in the podcast studio layout.

Back in April he made a vague reference to moving out and a few days ago he complained about ISP troubles



Basically, there's a non-zero chance he had to give up his main apartment and move into the studio. This would make sense since his income is still massively hobbled from being demonetized on Youtube, he's still hemorrhaging money from his lawsuit, and 'Anything Else?' as it was originally conceived completely stopped in August 2025. He has to downsize at some point, and with two apartments he's paying rent on, he might as well go for the cheaper option.

There's one complication, and that's the pic of him smiling his semen-stained smile with a woman caressing his head. I think that was taken in his old streaming room in the Surf 2A layout apartment. Notice the slatted door (likely a closet door) and the solid door right next to it: it matches the architecture of that bottom-most bedroom very closely. But then you have to wonder why this picture was taken in that room and not the main bedroom where he actually sleeps.


Rent on the Surf 2A Premier layout goes for $5266 a month currently. There's one unit available right now, C1812. If I'm right and assuming they haven't found a new renter already, we might see his apartment number, unit 2012, show up as available soon.
