It's hard to imagine an intelligent species (non-human, although this clarification may be unnecessary) that would let violent, disprespectful, entitled, and yet protected individuals roam free like they do in the West.
So there wouldn't be any. If there were, then like with humanity, they'd have a different genetic/genetic-like code that would make them more aggressive and stupid, and unpunished (probably because of retarded politics or morals, just like in Earth). Opportunistic, egocentric and apathetic behaviour at its core.
Just made me realize how common it is in sci-fi movies that people walk up to the alien ship and the door automatically opens, they stroll around the ship without setting off alarms, etc., even when the aliens are a "super predator" giga-nigger species.
